"Everything was amazing and the staff was great! We enjoyed all the wonderful food and restaurants on all of the property. The different pools were the best, and the beach was within walking distance. I highly recommend Iberostar, especially if you enjoy animals and wildlife. My son loved seeing flamingos and peacocks everywhere."

"The resort is lovely. Plan to get some extra steps in as the resort is quite large. There are shuttles for guests which was nice. The food was good and drinks were delicious. The mall was great and we loved all the snack options there. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning was lovely in the summer heat. We were also impressed by all the accessible features. Would definitely come back. Good value for what you pay."

"3rd time here, now got the privilege superior room which is helping to get breakfast and lunch at the BLOVED restaurant next to beach but keep in mind the dinner there needs reservation. One thing reception people didn't mention. Keep in mind steak is not as should be in US, here is marinated for days and then still cannot cook it right, The cartilages are tough, so maybe ask for chicken!! used to be a restaurant Adelitas next to the pool but now they serve only dinner there, so you have to go back to main restaurant - abut 1000ft- 300m thru the jungle alley, it is nice but cumbersome- one good thing the alley is covered so shade all the time. the crepe place near the pool is not good, they smear with cheese or jam and that is it. Economy, economy. also 3 yrs ago you could get Havana CLub 7yrs old for everybody not you get max 3yrs old for priviledge, that sucks. Rooms are nice the girls do an amazing job so please give a little tip, The rest of places DO NOT TIP, they dont care and don't deserve, plus they put all in a pool then divide so whatever."

"My wife and I have not been able to do a getaway for some time. So, we decided to take a trip to Cancun to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. I spent some time researching destinations and finally settled on this resort. I was specifically looking for one with a nice beach, as this is a highlight for her. Having never been to this resort or even Mexico, we did not know what to expect. We were impressed with the facility and rooms. Every staff member that we encountered was so kind and extremely polite. They went out of their way to ask what we needed and help with anything at a moment's notice. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained daily. This is an all-inclusive resort. We were especially impressed and thankful to our concierge, Dennis. At every turn, he was checking on us, asking what we needed. One example, my wife asked him where she could get some authentic Mexican tamales. They did not have these on the menu at the resort. The next day, he came to our room and brought us some homemade chicken tamales, custom-made at his request by a friend he said was excellent at it. They were fantastic. He brought us plates, forks, and habanero sauce as well. My wife was so happy and impressed. This was something he did not have to do. The food in the resort was good, and they offered a variety, including Mexican, Caribbean, Italian, Asian, and more. Multiple activities were happening around the facility for guests. We also went to the spa, it was awesome!"
