« Room was spotless, entire resort was spotless! Staff spoke every single time we passed by, very friendly and courteous. The Zen Teppanyaki grill was amazing! Our grill master Richi cooked our food to perfection and was very entertaining. Our other wait staff at the grill (and the entire resort) were awesome as well, too many names to remember but I will try: Edwardo, Enricho, Armando (buffet), bartenders Hugo, Jujulianna (at the beach bar….who I promised my pair of fun sunglasses to if I can...

« The front desk staff is very unfriendly when you tell them there is no beach and the room is dirty. I found hair in the bathroom on the first day of my arrival, and there was no reaction even from their manager. They are used to these complaints. The hotel's images are not realistic; the beach has been closed for a long time, and if you get close, there are mosquitoes that bite. For breakfast and the restaurants, you have to wait a long time to get in, and even the orders take over 2 hours to be...

« The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily. »

"Chambre très propre et bien entretenu chaque jour (durée du séjour 11 jours). Les piscines sont un peu abîmé. Par contre la plage est inexistante. Une toute petite partie devant l hôtel mais on ne peut pas se baigner car l'eau et marron avec des résidus de sargasse. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le club enfant est parfait. Beaucoup d'activité proposé mais l'endroit reste calme. Le gros point négatif, très éloigné de la route, il faut donc prendre un taxi ou un uber pour faire le moindre déplacement, impossible de se déplacer à pied, la route n'est pas terminé et c'est très dangeureux. "
