I loved the pools their activities and the shows at night for families to enjoy. Staff is very welcoming enjoyed the salt pool that has a beautiful view to the beach. Food was great in buffets and at night tacos and pizza for late night snacks. Love that it’s next to xcaret park.

We LOVE this resort!!! We go to Mexico every couple months, and this is one of the only resorts that we continue to return to because the animals & the property are amazing! Plus, if there’s sarcasm everywhere else, there is not here Because of the small beach, but if you have young kids, the beach is like a giant baby pool, so it’s perfect, and there’s lots of fish! The monkeys and the deer on the property are amazing!

All inclusive package was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. Everybody we interacted with was always smiling and ready to help with anything. The hotel had events for people to interact either in the pool area or the beach area with music playing all day and drinks and food all day. Definitely worth the price and visit.

The best part of the resort is the nature experience with the monkeys and iguanas. The food was satisfying. My only comment is that every other all inclusive resort I’ve been stayed at had a coffee shop included. It was a challenge to find good coffee.
