« Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly. The concierge was very pleasant and helpful, even assisting my family to change to another room. Overall experience was top notch. »

« Le personnel était très gentil, très poli! La chambre était grande et répondait à tous mes besoins. La piscine était propre et bien entretenue! L’emplacement était idéal pour moi, l’hôtel est pratiquement sur la 5e avenue, mais dans un coin plus calme. Il y a plusieurs excellents restaurants à 1-2 minutes de marche, alors qu’à 5-10 minutes de marche, nous arrivons dans le quartier plus touristique de la 5e avenue. Seul bémol, très peu d’outils pour cuisiner. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel! »

On ne peut contrôlé la nature et les algues. Nous avons des plages mieux à 15 minutes de notre hôtel. Des travailleurs s'efforcent de nettiyer la plage. »
