"Le personnel était formidable. Tout l'équipe était souriant et toujours prêt à aider. "J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait à l’hôtel Ocean Maya Royale, un établissement all inclusive réservé aux adultes, idéal pour se détendre et profiter du cadre paradisiaque de la Riviera Maya. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent bien : le personnel est accueillant, souriant et très attentionné. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et d’une propreté irréprochable, avec une literie confortable et un balcon donnant sur un superbe jardin tropical. Le service d’entretien était impeccable chaque jour. Côté restauration, tout était excellent : plusieurs restaurants à thème, un buffet varié et savoureux, et de délicieux cocktails au bar de la piscine. L’ambiance est paisible et conviviale, parfaite pour se ressourcer. Les installations sont très bien entretenues : deux grandes piscines, un spa, une salle de sport, des activités et un accès direct à la plage. Même si celle-ci n’est pas la plus spectaculaire de la région, elle reste agréable et tranquille. L’environnement tropical est magnifique, verdoyant et apaisant. En résumé, tout était parfait : confort, propreté, gastronomie, gentillesse du personnel et beauté du lieu. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir."
