The staff was friendly and welcoming, we didn't like the fact that we couldn't enjoy the beach because of sea weeds and how awful it smelled. We also didn't like the fact that there were wild animals roaming the pool side area. Entertainment at nights was too short and the food at the buffet was same every day. Our son enjoyed the kids club.Overall not bad but not either.

We spent the week here and had a good time. Staff was great and very attentive thing. Rooms where clean. The food at the family buffet was hit or miss buts its typically very quiet. Loved the ice cream shop and the family club areas We never used the drop off kids club service One thing that I wish I knew going in as how the dinner reservation system worked being 72 hours open in advance the first 3 days you probably wont be able to book a restaurant just take that in mind when pre-booking any excursion. One improvement to the family club room I would make is to add something to make grip on the bottom of the family club rooms.

Worst resort I’ve been too thus far. From the cleanliness, to the staff and the food. Couldn’t even get into one restaurant, reservations were booked since checking in which was pretty dumb to begin with since you needed a room number to make a reservation. Would never recommend this resort to anybody EVER! Waste of $2000 + to eat the same three buffets 5 days straight! Oh and let’s not forget no beach due to the seaweeds and that smell was unbearable! Felt bad for those who had rooms next to the beach! SMH

While staying at princess family club, I noticed that they don't really stock the rooms very well. We were missing a bunch of body gels and did not have enough towels for our family. It felt like we had to constantly call them to ask them for things and at one point I just stopped calling. Also, our room didn't have any drawers or hooks or anything that we could put our clothes on. The lack of areas to put our stuff and to sit down was pretty disappointing. We were basically living out of the luggage for the whole week. We paid extra for the swim walkout but in my opinion it wasn't really worth it as the family club walkout didn't lead to any of the main pools. There were other walkouts that did lead to the main pools that would have been nice for the kids. Overall, my experience was just okay, but I don't think I would book with princess family club again. I would try for another resort for a better experience with my family.
