This is a very beautiful property. The rooms and balconies are spacious. My butlers, Oscar and Sergio L. are the absolute best. They went the extra mile to ensure Mother's Day and my mom's birthday were memorable. They were always willing and eager to assist with anything. I have Celiac, and MUST have gluten-free food, so when the nutritionist, Gabriela, showed her unwillingness to help me, they stepped right in, and spoke with chef's on my behalf. All the chef's were great, so if you have food allergies, don't worry they will take care of you. One chef who went above and beyond is, Chef Alberto at the Seaside Beach Club. He made me special gf dishes and pastries, he even made me a lunchbox for the airport. Next, the entertainment team, Sam, Nicolas, Aranza and Gonzalo are exceptional, and will ensure you have everything you need while in the pool areas. The nightly entertainment shows were very good, try not to miss them. Dinner at, Teodoro left me speechless. The food was so good, I proposed to the chef, yep, true story. The sommelier, Luis, is very knowledgeable and pleasant, him and my waiter made the entire experience delightful. I forgot the waiter's name, but will upload a photo. Overall, I give this place a 9.5/10, and that's only because of the unhelpful nutritionist, Gabriela.

Beautiful rooms and resort facilities. The hydrotherapy at the spa is a must try. The food was excellent, best all inclusive food I’ve ever had, especially the Teodoro tasting menu.

Beautifully designed but no beach area. Seaweed everywhere that they did not even try and remove. The resort will also lose a lot of the beautiful aspects as it gets busier.
