It was not as clean as expected, with visible dust and stains on the carpet and furniture. The amenities were outdated, and the air conditioning was barely functional, making the room uncomfortable. Additionally, the service throughout my stay was subpar. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often forgetting to restock basic necessities like towels and toiletries. When I called the front desk to address these issues, I was met with unhelpful and rude responses. The resort’s dining options were also a letdown. The food quality was poor, and the service was slow. Overall, my stay at the resort was highly disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, outdated facilities, and poor customer service made it a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this resort to others and will be looking for alternative accommodations in the future.

Everyone was super nice. We had a great view by the beach. I liked that you could find food somewhere after hours, and we loved the shows and entertainment. We didn’t like was the fact that the a-la-crate dinners were almost fully booked when we arrived. It would have been nice if they would have let us reserve those dinners over the phone before we arrived, especially because we went during the week of July 4th. Lastly, we did not like that the housekeeping would enter our room even when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. That happened multiple times, and it was annoying.

Cannot speak for all staff but majority of staff have no customer service knowledge. I have been to other resorts where the staff is much more friendlier and make you feel welcomed. There was a particular time of day during the afternoon where there is a change of staff and no one is available to assist you it happened both times when I needed to make a dinner reservation and also when I needed to make a currency exchange . In both occasions I had to wait in excess of 30 to 45 minutes for someone to assist and no excuses received. The beach is horrible rocks all over the place finding a safe spot to enjoy the ocean was impossible. Pool bar and music closed down by 6:00pm

Fairly disappointed in every aspect of the hotel/service. This has been by far the worst all inclusive we have stayed in. Everything was just AVERAGE/MEDIOCRE. From the beginning to end. Service was ok, not a real warm welcoming from staff all around. Alot of details throughout the hotel that need to be addressed from cosmetic to structural. Rooms had several issues, wifi was intermittent, smoke alarms going off and were not addressed by staff until 3rd time we reached out. NO ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE in the Tulum section. Food was average. Bed was on the hard(firm side). Bars were very slow and limited to 1 person staffing most of the time. Animation team was ok nothing spectacular. Certain shows you had to pay out of pocket. Every pool we went into had light fixtures floating out of its place. I will give them benefit of doubt, due to the recent hurricane but the grounds and overall maintenance of the landscaping was poor. Not esthetically pleasing. I saw more caution tape than ever before without it being addressed throughout the week. Ensure you book your transportation to and from the hotel prior to getting here because they and the taxi services charge double if not more. Timeshare people in this hotel very pushy despite us not agreeing to even hear their presentation, simply trying to get to the room we purposely avoided the main lobby for this reason. We would not stay here again or look at this hotel.

No availability to book for any of the a la carte restaurants. The golf cart to and from the lobby was rarely available . Entertainment was lacking . The music choice was meh. The food in the buffet was ok . The room was comfortable and clean. King size Bed was comfortable . The 2 bedroom suite is actually a separated living area with a sofa bed (queen size) with a pocket door. The ac worked very well .

The only complain I have are the people in the lobby especially guest services, if you didn’t get the girl you were not going to be helped. I went a few times but the one that stand out the most was when I asked for information about shopping areas and he basically told me to go look in tulum. I informed him I wasn’t knowledgeable of the area and all he kept saying was tulum so I could get out of his face. He wasn’t nice polite or courteous. If it wasn’t for all the helpful staff in the restaurant’s and the pool areas we wouldn’t have known where to go. For the lobby being the face of the hotel it wasn’t welcoming ,that’s the only place I avoided.

Overall the hotel was clean and nice but the bathrooms were not private. I also wish they would have told us about all the amenities during check-in. For example, you are allowed 3 dinner reservations but need to book in advanced. We only found out about the restaurants on the 4th day and most of the restaurants were booked so we only were able to use one.
