Clean, the grounds were well kept, the staff polite and very welcoming. We liked the room, it was clean, spacious and above all we had a nice balcony where we sat and had drinks. The ocean breeze was the best part of sitting outside. The bed was comfortable and so was the sitting arrangements. Cleaning was done on time and was excellent.

The staff was by far our favorite part of our stay! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The resort itself is beautiful. Our room was very clean but some features were definitely dated (tubs with jets always skeeve me). There is no room service, but they have a quick service restaurant that stays open 24/7 which was really cool and definitely nice to wake up and not see the hallways littered with food trays. There are a lot of free activities on the resort which include a diving experience, jet skis, bike tours and pottery painting. We chose to do the buggy excursions which takes you to an animal sanctuary and then to a beautiful cenote. It did cost extra but it was totally worth it. We would do it again in a heartbeat! We went to the silent disco one night which was so much fun and we did see one of their shows, Origins, which was also very fun and impressive. Their buffet is opens 3 times a day and offers plenty of options. We also chose to dine at their steak restaurant and their Mexican restaurant, Tequila, which were both outstanding. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made memories to last a lifetime! The one complaint I have is we were hesitant to walk through the main lobby because every time we did someone stop us and try to sell us on their loyalty program. No matter how many times we said no they would push and push. Other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Needing dinner reservations and only getting a limited amount of them didn’t allow us to explore all the restaurants. Not a good policy. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

This is a great place to stay, the upkeep on the rooms and grounds is fantastic. I really liked how there are multiple resorts connected together and that I could use the facilities of any of them. The beach and grounds of the property are beautiful.

The property is big old style no elevators and we had a third floor walk up. A lovely lobby but The policy of the all inclusive was not all inclusive we specified two double beds when we chose this room through Expedia, when we got there they said they don’t have double beds that it had to be requested. Well I did through Expedia. I was upset because Rodrigo at the front desk said I was making it up when I look at the Expedia reservation its there in black and white . They put us in a suite which was another room with a hard sofa bed. We were given the first floor my mother is elderly, mind you, when we got there the room wasnt even ready so the bell boy called and the only thing they had was the third floor. Oh and I asked where can I do my reservations for the restaurant dining for 3 nights Rodrigo said we were allowed only one restaurant meal UNLESS you booked 7 nights (pretty weird but ok) When I made the reservation it said we were VIP which means we had access to everything , even the ‘exclusive’ restaurants at different areas of Bahia Rodrigo said we did not request such, when our reservation had stated we did, he brought the manager over and she said verbatim what Rodrigo had said. I was going to cancel and get another hotel, it was so aggravating, but it was a long trip from Cancun airport to Bahia principe (an hour forty five minutes) no way was I going
