This was surprisingly nice. The food was great at all the le carts. The buffet was great at breakfast. Not so great at lunch and dinner. The grounds were gorgeous with nice ambient music playing all day and night. Was a lil disappointing that the el beso adult pool bar closes at 6. Always something going on which was really nice. I always was a lil bummed i never seen a pianist in the piano bar playing. Was looking forward to that on my 8 night trip. But never happened. But over all it was wonderful. Room was great as well. Drinks on par.

We stayed here for 5 nights and we have to say it was truly a pleasure the staff was great very helpful and friendly, the food was a delicious and big thanks to our concierge's Aylin for making sure we had everything we need and also for making my birthday extra special. We will definitely be back

To be honest this was one of the worst resorts i stayed at especially as a young black traveler. There Were several restaurants that we had to make reservations for and could only eat there once every 7 days (who’s at a resort for more than 7 days). The food was only good at the reservation dinner place which we could only eat at once during our 6 day stay. We had to change our room twice due to cleanliness and mold. The rooms were very moist to which they had humidifiers in them which they barely checked so they could empty the water. Our first room had stains on the bed, in the bathtub, mold under the sink (which the sink was also leaking leaving puddles on the floor) the “rooftop terrace” was nothing like the pictures we saw online. Our second room has stains all over the floor, same moist air which kept our clothes wet and overall cleanliness was not god. Third room we received after telling them we were leaving. This was upgraded to a swim out pool that was shared amongst other guest (nothing was private). This room was of the cleanest no complaints. The worst part of it all they led us to believe this would be an all inclusive all ADULT resort, it was not. “El beso” is a section of the resort directly across from “Eden”where there were families with children. Overall the experience was very lack luster. Food quality inconsistent, cleanliness poor, nice amenities but rarely open, and staff was nice. Def not worth the money paid, will never return.

It was ok. I liked the property the facilities and the staff were quite nice and accommodating. I didn’t like the limited dining options, overall quality of food and lack of snacks. The area was beautiful and the grounds, pool and room were amazing and clean.

Ocean Riviera El Beso private section was nothing less than mediocre. The resort is on the family friendly side of resorts a lot of older couples and way too many kids running around. It is a nice resort to say the least and what they provide is okay. The El Beso (adult only) section is only sectioned off by trees so I wouldn't expect too much adult only privacy. Lastly, the rooms are nice, spacious, always stocked and bed is comfy. Food is bland, La Locanda is one of their top restaurants. If you're needing a getaway as a family, this is your stay!
