This was a great stay. My husband and I went on our honeymoon here! Very quiet and the rooms were amazing. The swim up balcony was just the perfect touch. Our room wasn't in the sun so our private swim up was always a bit chilly. I would highly recommend. The only down side was we were not informed that the resort was split up into three sections and one of them was strictly for children. We did not have a problem with it at all but if you are looking for a place with no children, then heads up!

I had a very nice stay at ORP. But it is a tad confusing so I’m going to clear a few things up. One…there is no shuttle to or from the hotel to airport. This was a huge let down because the taxi drivers definitely take advantage of your need to get to your destination and the hotel is 40 mins from the airport. It cost me 60 dollars to get there and I was told 60 dollars to get back to the airport but the guy charged me 88 dollars usd and because I was taken to the airport so late I didn’t notice I was ripped off until I was gone. The staff put me in this guys cab so I’m blaming the hotel because that was messed up! The hotel grounds are beautiful but it is a long walk around, thankfully they have carts that will take you back and forth. Understand thaT EL BESO is NOT an adult only sister resort or separate entity. It is weirdly a section on the resort that is separated by a wall of palm trees where the rooms are for adults only. But to my chagrin I was eating meals, watching shows and even drinking at the bar with ppls loud kids. A little boy came up and ordered A piña colada (virgin) and it threw me. I was a bit annoyed by the lack of adult entertainment. Everything involved kids. The food was not it! I couldn’t eat at that buffet to save my life for anything other than breakfast. I was rushed checked in so I missed out on alot of things. Overall I had a nice experience, but not an adults only one. I’d go elsewhere for that. Staff was really nice though.

The foods and amenities were not 5 star resort. the resort was clean because it's only 5 years old but this resort is just trying to pretend to be 5 star 🌟 but it's only 3 to 4 star resort not 5 stars resort..

We liked the location and the pool activities were fun, The food was just okay some meals were good then others were not. Also way to crowded and lines at breakfast with most food gone before u can get to it.. the rooms needed updating and cleaned up..

Great place to stay! Staff was excellent. Lots of food and drink choices and things to do. There was a lot of seaweed and heavy surf so we couldn’t swim in ocean but it was beautiful! Lots of pools to swim in.

Property was beautiful and staff was polite and helpful. We originally booked a swim out room in el beso but upgraded to a 2 floor room with a jacuzzi on top level. Room was nice and always cleaned every day. We spent most days at the el beso pool. Drinks were great. Staff there was always smiling. The beach was a big disappointment for me as it is really rocky out in the ocean. There is a lot of seaweed, which does not bother me, but staff was always trying to clean it up. Food was good/great. Overall a very nice place and I would return.
