I had an unfortunate experience this last trip, with the front desk guy, who basically harassed me by text message after I departed, because I didn't tip him for holding my cell phone at the front desk when I left it in the room after check out. He was new(er) to the team and I don't know what staffing changes they have had there...but that left a very sour taste in my mouth and I don't know if I will ever return to...

"While the place is in a very nice neighborhood, the pictures and some of the descriptions are misleading: the furniture is different, the fridge in the photo is full size (and in reality it is like a mini bar), the parking space was occupied, there were no toiletries in the apmt (except for a single roll of TP), the towels were dirty, and the curtains provided no privacy at all from the building next to the apmt. When we got there the place was not clean, which makes me wonder about the purpose...
