Nous avons voyagé en famille, un groupe de 10 personnes, et avons réservé 3 chambres. Malheureusement, nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes dans notre chambre : le détecteur de fumée qui bipait sans arrêt pendant la nuit, l’air climatisé qui fuyait et une chambre également très sombre. Cependant, je tiens à souligner le service exceptionnel de l’équipe Guest Experience. Les filles ont été formidables et ont fait tout leur possible pour rendre notre séjour très agréable.
