"The food, the service, the environment, the activities, truly all a 10/10. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation because they simply did it all."
"We had a great stay for a couple of nights at Casa Gem, and it is a gem! Nicely appointed with everything you need. Spacious and very clean. Breakfast was so good to start the day. We enjoyed the tranquility of Casa Gem. "
"This hotel is not really for tourists. If you just want a nice clean place to stay for a night or two and you have your own transportation to get to the local attractions you will be satisfied. We reserved a room with a kitchenette but it was not useful because there are no plates, utensils or pots and pans, so there is no way to cook unless you know this ahead of time. The little pool is nice with a few deck chairs around for relaxing. "

"If you're looking for an adventurous day and peaceful night, this is the place for you. Its close to Xcaret and xplore theme park (walking distance). Close to main road, easy to take local buses to Playa del Carmen or Tulum. The staff are great, very pleasant and helpful. They speak Spanish and English. They have a pool to relax and nice feel of relaxation. They offer breakfast, unlimited coffee and wifi. During the morning, you can get awaken by a spider Monkey. They're friendly and cute for some videos and pictures. I will be back!!"
"I can not explain the time that was had here. Food 10/10 service 10/10 vibes 100/10. This was my first solo trip first time on a plane and first vacation all around out of Florida. I had a wonderful time from pickup to the time i arrived at the resort. Mr. Rosario was the best of the best of the best. He made the experience so much more better and made you feel at home each time you went to a restaurant to eat. The staff was so nice the rooms were amazing and the views were just as amazing. I had one issue with my room, i didn't get any problems they just moved my room and bought my luggage right to me. I'm planning my next trip there again really soon. "
"I would only have to say that the check-in and checkout process needs more work. There wasn’t enough workers to check people in as the lines were really long."

"Good food options, bed super comfy, excellent service, specially roof top bar staff at Cielo? Specially The guy from Chetumal y Rodolfo.
However, we didn’t like the pressure to be a hotel member? I’m on vacations, not to do business. And…all our reservations for parks and restaurants were not granted bc we didn’t have a reservation #… even though we had the emails showing our conversations. If they don’t give you one, how are supposed to know ? "

"This was my second time at Palmaïa. It’s peaceful, wellness-focused, and full of positive energy.
There was a small room mix-up, but the staff fixed it. Everyone is warm and thoughtful.
I’m picky with food, and LEK was my favorite this time, unique and healthy. The birthday cake wasn’t great, but the coconut water in the room was amazing! I also love the Kuxtal cocktail, it’s vibrant and full of flavor.
We didn’t make it to any activities as we mostly slept and rested, which was exactly what we needed. I did attend a Palmaïa meditation concert in NYC once, and as someone who never meditated before, I felt deeply calm and relaxed after it. Assuming some of the activities should be similar.
The spa was great—I did the Prehispanic Ritual, and my friend had a scalp massage. Both were wonderful.
The resort is surrounded by nature. We saw monkeys, raccoons, iguanas, and beautiful plants. The rooms are dark and the beds super comfy which is great for a light sleeper like me.
Palmaïa is my favorite all-inclusive resort so far."
