This resort is everything that it says and MORE! They literally have thought of everything to ensure that you are treating your body like the temple that it is. Everything - from the suites, to the classes, to the atmosphere of the grounds - is to bring you a sense of peace and tranquility and take time for YOU (and your family). I was a solo traveler and felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. The food was incredible (as well as healthy), all of the staff are polite and helpful in all ways. I left feeling like I took care of myself while enjoying the beauty of nature! I highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge, re-center, or just have a few days to take care of whatever YOU need. Book this place ASAP!
