« Nous avions loué cet hôtel à la dernière minute parce que tous les autres étaient complets. C’était correct. L’emplacement est à l’extérieur du centre-ville, environ 10 minutes en taxi. Ce n’était pas joli à l’intérieur de l’hôtel mais propre et confortable. La douche ne fonctionnait pas très bien mais il y avait de l’eau chaude. L’air climatisé fonctionnait bien. La chambre possédait une cuisine complète mais sans aucun équipement, pas même une assiette ou un ustensile. Donc pas très pratique...

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always paying attention to everything we needed, which truly made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the middle of the city. You can easily walk to the most famous street, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and anything you might need. The beach is also very easy to access, and the area feels very safe and secure at all times. Overall, this resort offers excellent service, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen"
