"A great space. Not The Four Seasons...but this is Playa del Carmen. Spacious and clean. Great location. Other reviews raise concerns about noise from the street. I am a light sleeper, and was there during perhaps the three biggest party nights of the year - Halloween and Dia del Muerto. It was loud out on the street, but mostly quite quiet in our unit."

"What a wonderful place- clean and the staff is amazing. Every staff is happy and so helpful. Rooms are very clean, activities were entertaining plus fun, and loved it was adults only! Only downside is they need a night club. The bar closes at 11 and for the younger audience, they should have a place to go onsite so that would be safer than hitting the streets of Cancun. "

"This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. The inner courtyard is very pretty and calming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was much as we expected, smallish but comfortable. Being in downtown Playa Del Carmen, it was pretty noisy at night - we needed ear plugs to get to sleep, but no surprise there. The kitchen amenities were quite limited - no dish soap, wash cloth, only one small towel. The laundry worked perfectly, and the AC easily cooled both the main room and the bedroom. On our last day we couldn’t get hot water. The rooftop pool was a treat, but the hot tub would be better described as a warm tub. The bartender was delightful and made a delicious coconut mojito for our complementary drink. We would stay here again, but I’d book an interior room to reduce the noise."
