Okay so let me start off by saying the property is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly but the Food is trash! I was so ready to eat when I came back because everything was so blah…this was my 1st resort where overall I didn’t like none of the buffets. Also, as soon as we checked in we wanted to make reservations for each restaurant they had outside the buffet. They were all literally booked from Thursday til Sunday so we had no choice but to eat buffet. Another thing I didn’t like about food was that it’s technically 3 properties all in 1. You have to have breakfast in one…lunch in another and dinner in another depending on the day. So you can’t just stay at your resort if you wanted to. The drinks were A1…especially the one in the lobby area…MariCarmen was the best! Oh and to top it off Wi-Fi is not included…you have to pay $15 per day or $60 for the week! I think that is crazyyyyy! Anyway…I wouldn’t stay there again off the strength of just being hungry…and it’s not for the younger crowd. Although kids are welcome…I felt like I was in a retirement resort…no music just peace and quiet 24/7. Beautiful place but lack luster! Left June 1st-June 4th

The hotel is clean and the staff is polite, food was great, but the beach had lots of seaweed and bad smell. It wasn't possible to swim in the ocean.

En si el hotel está muy hermoso la playa no especialmente por el tema del sargazo es muy desagradable estar afuera de la habitación el servicio al cliente con los meseros casi no hay los mayordomos menos hay un muchacho Samuel o Saúl de lentes que estuvo al pendiente con nosotros muy respetuoso la comida 4/10 mar 2/10 buffet 2/10 limpieza en la habitación 10/10 total no lo recomiendo.
