From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved spending time on the beautiful beaches — they were clean, well maintained, and had plenty of relaxing spaces along with exciting water activities. Our first snorkeling experience was unforgettable and something we will cherish forever. One of the highlights of our stay was learning about the Mayan traditions through live performances and exploring the temples within the property. A special thank you to Francisca for introducing us to this beautiful culture and making the experience so meaningful. We also had an amazing time on the canoe tour with Maria, who made it incredibly romantic by offering wine and sharing her knowledge about the mangroves and the stunning blue waters. Another memorable moment was the cocktail experience at Cenote Crystal, arranged with the managers and directors. It was a unique and enjoyable experience, and we sincerely appreciated the effort put into making it special. The food options were excellent, with a great variety of restaurants. We loved trying everything, but our absolute favorites were the Japanese and Brazilian restaurants. The Mexican taco spot became our go-to place for snacks and drinks. The staff across all restaurants were amazing friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Room service was also exceptional.
