Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Room (hacienda) was clean, good wifi, quiet. Food was good to excellent depending on the restaurant. Beach was top notch, large enough to easily find good loungers any time of the day. Pool(s) were maybe a bit smaller than what I expected. Family pool has a swim up bar but not one at the adult pool? Go figure. Grounds were immaculate, and the center area had great vibe, amenities. Cup cake shop and the Mexican cafe were fantastic. Shows were big productions and great sound system. Definitely would go there again.

This is a very large and spread out property, but easily walkable for all age groups. Select dining options were good except the steakhouse was not as good as the other restaurants. Service in the restaurants was hit or miss sometimes they were very efficient other times you waited an excessive amount of time for meals. The pools were wonderful. Could’ve used a better option for dining up near the 9000 pool by the lobby. it was quieter up there so we preferred that pool but you would have to go a good distance within the resort for a lunchtime dining option, we typically ordered Uber eats on those days. Don’t buy anything at the gift shop that is essential we purchased a small tube for the kids thinking it was 60 pesos and it was actually US$60 without even leaving the store we attempted to return, and they would not except a return Sunscreen aloe ranges from around $15 to 30 US$ the entertainment in the evening was OK we really enjoyed the 80s show but the other shows were just OK overall this is a very nice resort with a lot of different options for families traveling with many different age ranges. We enjoyed our stay, but would probably not go back only because we like to try different places we felt very safe and secure in this gated community and were able to walk a very short distance to a local market and pharmacy for other essentials we needed that we couldn’t get on the resort .

Nice grounds, family section is a 10 minute walk to beach :(, food was disappointing (we’ve stayed at this resort 4 times); they’ve gone completely downhill.

The property is amazing, expansive and lush, the beachfront is great and there is ample beach chairs and palm tree cover. We had a villa and wow, by far the best room we have ever stayed in. This property is well-kept, lots of wildlife around, just beautiful. We enjoyed the nightly shows, the gym was great - bright, big and lots of equipment. Staff were friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that there is tiered service when it comes to property use and drink quality. We travelled with kids (12 & 10) and booked Royal Elite which awarded us a Gold bracelet but not a Black Bracelet. What this means is that we couldn't access the adults only area when the kids were with us, but also not the black bracelet bar areas (though they are marked Royal Elite). It was something to get used to however, because of the size of the property and the amenities they did have to service each area, it was still a fantastic hotel and experience. One other thing of note, which we found fantastic, was there were guests from all over, not just Canada (where we are from) and USA, but also from Argentina, Peru, Columbia, Chile, ...

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and stocked daily. The wait for a shuttle was at times too long. Signs indicated 15 minutes and we waited 45 minutes a couple of times.

Not sure why there arent better reviews. Whats not to like? Sure there is a 5 min walk to the beach but after eating so much it was kinda nice plus you got to see some animals. Adal and Lua were the best entertainment staff. Estephanie and Teresa were great at the massages. Candia (i think i spelled that wrong) he was a super friendly and great bartender at the snack pool bar. We had 8 people in our party ranging from ages 2 to 50 years. Enjoyment was had by all!!!!!

Lovely sprawling hotel with connecting walkways meandering through jungle terrain. The staff, amenities and food were excellent. Some extra signage needed to guide first time visitors!
