Overall our stay was good, the rooms need some TLC and beds are hard, there is a bit of a smell and humidity issue at times. But the resort is clean and they have a fantastic beach with good quality seating/loungers.

The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. As multiple time return guest we got a bottle of red wine, chocolate covered strawberries, and a little cheese tray. It always makes us feel special. The pool is outstanding and with the small size of the hotel it never seems crowded. The staff is AMAZING! We arranged an excursion to Isla Majeures through their travel consultant in the lobby and it went off perfectly. Couldn't be happier. We have stayed there at least one or two weeks a year for the last 8 - 9 years. We will continue to do that indefinitely. We love the place.

The hotel was nice. Areas were clean. All of the staff were courteous and friendly. One issue though was at the Italian restaurant there was only one wine you could buy by the glass. You could also buy a 750ml bottle. They said it was not available by the glass. The said they would discount a bottle. Ended up with a 375ml bottle and charged me the same as the 750ml bottle.

the facility was very pretty and clean. Rooms had a musty smell and some of the areas in the pool need need to be repaired (tilles missing etc.) Food is good but same breakfast everyday in the buffet. Not alot as to shopping within the facility either.
