We got a hot tub patio room. Views were sick. Room was big. Wasn’t the cleanest. Property is aging and aging poorly at that. The hot tub is just a jetting tub. And while we were sitting out on the patio concrete chunks came loose and fell 3 floors. Luckily we weren’t hit but still kinda surreal experience. I collected some of the pieces and gave them to the front desk. Their response was that they have someone fixing it. However the fix I saw was them just knocking loose the rest of the loose concrete. The beach doesn’t have beach loungers but beach bean bags.
The location couldn’t be better. The double pools are great.

The property was not maintained and under a lot of construction. A lot of the spaces advertised were not accessible. The food and drink was very expensive considering the property condition.

The greeting when we arrived was great. The service providers were all very helpful, and gave a greeting by name every time they saw me.
They were eager to make sure that I had what ever I needed.
Sergio, The two Cristians were very helpful to me the entire stay. Cristian in the office was a great help planning things to do, and arranging transportation.
The room was in a great location on the beach, just steps away from the water.
The hotel is positioned well in the Tulum hotel zone, walking distance to great restaurants, coffee-Starbuck :), ice cream parlors, bars/restaurants like Ziggy's beach club and others.
I would definately return, and have already recommended it to a friend.
