(861 reviews) Been staying here for 20 years, and unfortunately this will be my last. We had multiple issues during our stay that were maintenance related ... namely, an AC unit that wouldn't cool, and then the same unit that wouldn't shut off. Condition of furniture is degraded. Issues with the safe. Shower that is an odd design where the water pools up (not clogged, but just the design). TV remote randomly stops working (and terrible picture, not watchable). AC controls randomly stop working. Screen door pops right off when using. Internet access stops working randomly (had to sign in probably > 100 times). The staff is A+, and the facility location on the water is A+. You can snorkel and see a variety of tropical fish, rays, and much more right in front of the hotel. Very clean. But it just needs updating, period. If this hotel does a remodel and gets the rooms updated with new AC, new showers, new Wifi, new TVs, ,etc., then I absolutely would not hesitate to return. But until then, unfortunately I will be staying at other properties that are similar in price but have much nicer rooms. I truly wish the hotel staff the best of luck and hope the owners can invest and turn this ship around.
