The location was absolutely perfect. The staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. We also loved the pool and beach area. (Hot tub was too hot though!) Our biggest complaint is the wi-fi - it was incredibly weak. It was such a source of stress for us that it will probably keep us from returning to the resort. We had weak cell service (Verizon) and with basically no wifi we had such a hard time using our phones even for local things - checking restaurant websites, making reservations - not to mention a flight cancellation emergency. We also thought the mattresses were too firm, but I had seen this in other reviews so was kind of expecting it. Also, the bathrooms all vent to the hallway so you hear a lot of noise from other rooms - tv’s at night, people talking, taking showers. It does help a bit to keep your bathroom door closed. I really wanted to love this place as the staff and location are so great, but unfortunately I think we will find a new place to stay next time.
