Cozumel Vacation Rentals

"Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. "Renters beware! This property smells horribly, it has no views, the pool was not available, and the property was unsafe. The top floor is unfinished and open to the elements with a stairwell that has no handrail, it is hazardous! The couches/chairs/headboards are all stained, the smell was so bad the length of our stay was exactly 15 minutes. We 100% couldn’t stay, and the owners of the property refused to give us a refund. "The condo was not like the pictures. Toilet seats in the corner of the bathrooms and not on toilet. Dirty ugly cement wall for a view. Half roll of toilet paper to share for 3 bathrooms. No fitted sheets on the beds. Expected to sleep on bare mattress with a sheet and quilt. The rooftop was full of dirt and unclean gross hottub. We asked aboit it and the manager said we werent aloud on the rooftop that was accessable through our rented condo. But they did not lock it up. They have a threatening...

"A little off the path, so worth it to go! Maria guided me in after dark (by phone, in English)and was there to attend to my needs(refreshing welcome drink)as well as give personal attention to every guest I saw come and go. The staff also gave great service, the restaurant onsite had many choices, all food I had was excellent, delicious actually! A well thought out garden design and lovely pool.
