"Staff were excellent and room was clean. I was disappointed in the size of the room for the price. Food was good but the buffet is not marked well for allergies. If you ask someone, they will go out the their way to help you though. There is a resident crocodile on the property that is fun to go watch after dark."

"If you’re looking for a nice place to relax and forget about work or stresses back home this is the place! We loved the atmosphere and layout of this resort. The beach access was small but worked well. If you want to snorkel all day this is definitely a great place to go. The two pools by the beach were nice. The snack bar was good. When we were there they served hot dogs, hamburgers and nachos. You had the choice of chips or french fries for your sides. They also had a stocked fruit and vegetable bar. Condiments were mayo, mustard and ketchup. They also had three types of drinks available. Carlos at the beach bar was amazing. As soon as he would see me walking up he would already be making me two drinks. The breakfast buffet was good. The supper buffet was good as well nothing spectacular. We went to one of the other restaurants and it was ok as well. Room service was awesome and fast. Whenever we would leave to go to the beach we would request a cleaning through their app and was completed within the hour. We had an ocean view room and it was beautiful. Only drawback was the main pool was close due to repairs. Overall this place was pretty nice. We would definitely come back again!"

"I enjoyed breakfast and the staff Julio or I’m sorry it might’ve been Juan was amazing. Quickly recognized me no exactly my preferences he would immediately bring me coffee and a champagne cocktail every morning right on time. He was very attentive and kind to me. This is also true of others that were present at breakfast. I actually look forward to going to breakfast just to be in the company of people who honestly cared about my vacation my time and my wants. Needless to say it was five star by all measurable means."

"The hotel is ok. Needs to change lot of things. The variety of the food needs to improve, the options provided are not too good or famous mexican dishes as expected. The night shows are ok, however the DJ was a disappointment. They need to do more activities at the pool, specially for kids,teenagers. When it comes to reservations at their 2 special restaurants, you can only do 1 reservation per stay, unless you stay more than 5 nights, you can do 2 reservations. The food at the seafood restaurant was really good. I also feel they need more snacks during the day. Coffee shop should be open longer, most people like to drink coffee during the day. Rooms,amenities, are great"

"It was a time share hotel. The other pool that was not the preferred pool was a lot more fun then the preferred one. The buffet was just nasty. The restaurant by the pier was definitely the best place to eat. The drinks were good all around. Our shower flooded the restroom. The room above us also leaked down our shower wall. Never used room service so I can’t speak on that. The weight staff and waitresses were actually pretty good everywhere we went. We did get good service on cleaning our room every day. I can’t remember the name of the restaurant by the other pool in the back of the resort, but it was actually good too. Entertainment not so much. I do not drink coffee, but my husband does and he loved the coffee shop."
