"We were able to use all the facilities buffets and drinks at the other 3 hotels associated with the Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts for free. Not sure if that was because we had points with Expedia or because we booked through Expedia. Our hotel was great and getting to experience the other hotels amenities was an added bonus. Food was delicious and staff was auper friendly. Make aure you download the app, it will save you time checking in and doing reservations. "

"Property is under construction but they do a good job fencing areas in. The beach is horrible with lots of seaweed and poop so not worth it to lounge. Most folks did trips to tulum and mujeres to have nice crystal beaches. Food is mediocre but drinks were lovely and they were very accommodating. Very respectful place to go solo, as a couple, group, or family. Swim up room was amazing! There’s plenty of things to do and there is an adults side you can stay at if you wanna be around adults only. Perfect time of year. Be prepared for folks trying to sell you on everything and everything is negotiable! Def going back again. Great getaway for great price with a great room and met great staff and patrons. "

"The staff was very nice and the food was good. Jorge at the swim up bar makes great drinks! The rooms were a good size and our room was cleaned daily on a predictable schedule. We had one sink in our room that wouldn’t drain when we got there. We notified the front desk and it was fixed immediately. The a/c worked well and there was a ceiling fan to move air in the room too. The only small complaint was that there wasn’t a sports bar or any form of indoor entertainment like pool tables for nightlife. However, we had access to the RIU Tequila down the road which had a nice air conditioned sports bar."

"It was an awesome experience for my husband and me. We really enjoy the hotel. Is well located. Food is great. The personal is great all gentle. The only thing is that they close early the bar which for being an just adults hotel you spect they close later and have more fun during the night time. But other tan that is fine. Other thing to have in consideration is that the beach access is small but it’s close to quinta avenida so you can go to a bigger beach access. We recommend it. "
