"The property was functioning, spacious and clean that served us perfectly throughout our holiday to Cancun. However except to get what your paying for, the immediate surrounding area is essentially an abandoned high street and abandoned mall, which can feel a little creepy at times. As long as your content with this and are not expecting a 5* resort then this place is perfect for a holiday to Cancun on a budget."

"The place is perfect for a long weekend getaway! It was clean and the staff on hand were helpful and friendly. The beds were cozy and the kids slept great in the full-size bunk beds. The bedroom window faces out to the elevators. Unfortunately, we were woken up 2 of the nights around 3 am by intoxicated people hanging out right outside our window. The neighbors were friendly too! The property is beautiful. I love being on the ground floor :) Thank you"

"The place was dirty since we came in, no basic things to at least wash the dishes. I need to buy extra stuff and washed everything and cleaned the place. It’s old and basic. "

"This location is awesome. The condo was perfect size for 4 people and was right on the beach and very close to Papa's and Beer and all the other restaurants and things to do. We will definitely return again."
