Really friendly staff - Leopold is my favourite. The buffet was always fresh with great variety. The Italian and Brazilian were excellent sit down dinners. Love the Playa best beach in all of Mexico!
Brno and Holiday Inn did NOT have the same confirmation. Confusing to everyone involved...
I liked everything about Palma resort, it’s location the ocean view. I really liked it had everything on the bedroom room I had. From microwave to a small refrigerator
The staff was great (loved the crew at the bar outside of Mexican restaurant) and the food overall was good. We would probably get the elite package the next time. I could tell they worked hard keeping things clean and tidy. Great location!
Everything was perfect, even though there was a lot of construction going on honestly everyone is so helpful and willing to help it doesn’t fill like construction zone. The only thing I would change at the hotel is the mattress nothing else.
The property is great and the views of the pool and ocean are incredible. The food and the staff are great too. The streets in Mazatlán are undergoing construction and it is a bit of hassle accessing the hotel from the street and you have to park across from the building. However, they have no control ...
The Aqua marina is a family friendly hotel. Very Clean with friendly staff that was responsive. It is half way to the gold zone (north) and half way to historical Mazatlán. Across the street is the beach. English only families will be comfortable. If you want a quiet place, it is not for you.
