Islas de Mazatlan Ecological Reserve Tours and Activities

Great beach front location and the hotel was close to several places to eat. We chose not to do all-inclusive and felt we saved more that way since we did not need to eat at every meal. Plus it was nice to go outside the hotel to eat at some very nice places nearby. The staff was great and was it easy to ask for ice or extra bottles of water. I recommend paying the extra cost to have a beach side view room. Worth it!! Despite having the sun hit this side of the building the entire day, the room stayed nice and cool and always had a great view. The pool area was nice with easy beach access. We could see young manta rays from the pool swimming in the ocean. The pool area gets very busy and has a great family pool for kids. There is also an adult only pool that was always kept that way. Staff did a great job of making sure kids were not allowed in the adult pool. Be aware that there is not a lot of seating. As some reviews mentioned, be prepared to go down to the pool to leave some towels on some chairs or otherwise go without. I found myself going down at 6 am and I was never the first one down there. A minor inconvenience to ensure a nice seat poolside but worth it. Poolside service was great and had a good menu of food and drinks. The hotel is near the country club within walking distance across the street where I would recommend going for a yummy steak!! Huge cut of filet for amazing price and delicious. Enjoy!!!!

Beautiful, large property that comes with a lot of amenities. Staff is very friendly and ready to assist you in everyway possible. Food and drinks are delicious and plentiful. Spa service was stupendous and would definitely recommend it. Would definitely return.
