Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and great view of greenery and the ocean. My only recommendation would be to put a normal showerhead in the bathroom. Clean all around property. Housekeepers were very helpful and friendly. The pillows need to be bigger, to small and soft. Did asked for more pillows and they were delivered in a timely manner. The check out was a nightmare. Check out about 8:10am and there was a good amount of people waiting. The staff wasn’t calling the next person and kept walking back and forth. My husband had to go up and asked to check out. The pools were big, one with a swim up bar the other was an infinity pool looking over the ocean. Staff was respectful and kept our rooms top notch. I really thought the dehumidifiers in each room was very good choice and the mini fridge.
