Everything was wonderful — the staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was great either way beautiful views. All inclusive was a great deal!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and our room was nice and accommodating. The buffet was delicious and we enjoyed being able to order from the menu if we wanted something different. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. Hugo and Guillermo very always very nice and attentive at breakfast and lunch. Fatima was a lot of help at checking in and making dinner reservations. She was there nearly everyday during our stay and always asked if we needed anything. Room service was great the few times we ordered. The wifi worked very well. We booked all inclusive elite and I definitely recommend that package. All of the dinner reservations we booked was amazing. Our favorite was La Terraza. We enjoyed the sister hotels but they were usually very busy. There are several gift shops at El Cid El Moro.
