« Where to start? First let me say that Ambar are condos, not a resort so each unit is individually owned & most are managed by different property managers. Our unit was managed by GPS Hospedajes Vacacionales. I could not get access to the property, they told me to see the administator who was not there for the 1st 6 days of our week there. « Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. « We loved Mazatland! The people were wonderful. The host was lovely, communication was hard we only speak English and she only speaks Spanish. We used google translate. And managed.
