Bad experience.

When i got there ., they toll me they don’t work with this app. They don’t have a reservation for me . Didn’t have any room available until the next day . I stay there but I didn’t like the place . The bathroom to small., I needs to be more clean.

I was told there would be someone waiting at front desk, there was no one there, another guest had to open the food for us. We waited for 30min, I messaged and called 2 numbers, the 3rd number I called they finally answered to tell me there were no rooms available. They told me that they had been trying to reach me. I had no missed calls, they also show a pool in property, there is no pool nowhere in sight.

La verdad no se si apenas la están remodelando o van empezando o que pero es inaceptable muchas cosas sobre todo la limpieza, habitación sin llave de puerta, con cucarachas, tienen el concepto de lo que puede ser un hotelito pero les falta mucho Decía que había alberca y no hay
