All staff was very friendly. In particular a waiter/server named Pedro. He was so friendly and helpful. Everything was very accessible and made our stay very enjoyable. This was my second time staying there and I will definitely stay there again. Excellent service thank you to all at Krystal grand Altitude!

This place is amazing! My partner and I celebrated our 26th anniversary. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. Our villa was beautiful with awesome views. Felix arranged “Dinner Under the Stars”. The food was incredible and the night was romantic. Unforgettable!

The property itself and the rooms are new and beautiful. The service staff at all the restaurants are very friendly and accommodating. The food on the property is good but not great. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were two things that would have improved our overall experience. 1. At check in you are told there is a rooftop pool/restaurant that your booking doesn't include and that if you want access to this area it's an additional $700 (we agreed but this really felt like a hidden fee). You are then told you'll be meeting with a VIP services agent who's actual job is to get you to agree to attend a 1-hour Sales presentation on Secrets other properties. The sales rep told us they were offering a "Honeymoon" opportunity of a $200 resort credit to attend. We continually said we weren't interested and he continued to pressure us until it got awkward. They called us daily throughout our whole trip and put notes under our door asking continually if we wanted to attend. 2. There is a Secrets Moxché website that advertises (3) golf courses that the greens fees are included in the area with our stay. The concierge verified this and recommended a particular course. He took care of the tee time reservation and assured us that we would only have to pay for club rentals at the course. At the course they informed us that the greens fees weren't included and that it was $170 per person $70 club rental (2X)($480 instead of $140). He apologized but didn't offer a monetary solution.
