"Nice hotel. Covered walkway to from airport."
Check in was easy. Staff at front desk, bellman, restaurants friendly and attentive. Food quality and selection at the 3 restaurants is very good. Room was comfortable. No noticeable noise from airport. We like the ease of walking to the hotel via covered bridge.

"Best breakfast at Airport!"
Since I'm an Expedia VIP, this hotel treated me to breakfast. I was happily surprised to have a full buffet breakfast with over 6 types of fresh squeezed juices, yogurt with all kind of toppings, cappuccino machines and an omelet station with a friendly cook that made my omelet exactly as I ordered. This is a good choice when you have early flights and do not want to deal with Mexico City traffic.

"Close to the airport"
Clean and spacious room. However, wifi only works by the lobby. I was also rushed to have breakfast because they were expecting a big group, I guess they don't care for single travelers, not very nice customer service. But over all, it served its purpose, I needed a hotel close to the airport for late arrival.

Camino Real Polanco Mexico

Mariano Escobedo 700, Col Anzures, Mexico City - Map
"Great location, architectural significance"
The Hotel is old but still very nice. The architecture is very Mexican and dramatic (both in good ways). The room was a little noisy, as you can hear all that happens in the room above and in the hallway. The rest very good.

"Close to restaurants and entertainment "
The hotel was easy to check in and checkout. The rooms are clean and have good heat. At night the noise travels far making it hard to sleep. Overall the room prices are expensive for the service.

"Great location in the middle of Mexico City "
It was a good place for a conference. Very good facilities for this. Odd breakfast procedure. I had to announce my room number to the cashier while standing among a group of strangers before I could be admitted. This would be a BIG no no in the US. NEVER is a guest's room number announced. I also I had to sit where they put me…not especially to my liking and made no sense. Breakfast provided a good variety. Found Lunch for the conference just okay.
