It was convenient and just basically ok. There seemed to be a lot better ones in the area but for it being close to the airport that was good.

"The best in Zocalo"
This hotel is as good as it gets in zocalo. What a gorgeous historical place in the middle of everything with a great staff. One thing you have to understand about this place is, it's right by Zocalo Square which is know for hosting concerts and being a historical old hotel the sound insulation isn't the best, and you will hear music till late in your room. I didn't mind that and loved it all.

"Great Airport Hotel"
The hotel is perfectly located in Terminal 2 ( If you fly Delta or Aeromexico only) ( All other flights depart from Terminal 1 It is a very modern hotel with very modern and wonderful functional rooms. The front desk staff however, could use English for Non-spanish speaking guests. It was difficult to communicate with them. I also feel that the front desk staff needs to have better training.

"Good hotel, but has seen better days. "
Pros: Good location, innovative architecture, nice rooms, excellent staff, several very good restaurants in the hotel. Cons: This hotel used to have an excellent art collection, however when the hotel fell on hard times much of it has been sold (notably an Alexander Calder mobile), so only a couple of pieces now remain (notably a Tamayo mural). The current hotel owners would do well to replace much of the art collection. Mexico City has a vibrant arts scene and finding excellent, innovative, and reasonably priced pieces should not be hard nor should it break the budget -- it just takes a little work. I would strongly encourage the owners/management to put in that work. Although the hotel itself is smoke free, there is a smoking area just outside the fitness center, so the smoke can easily blow into the fitness center (not very pleasant for those of use who wish to stay healthy). I would strongly encourage the owners/managers to make the entire property smoke free. We stayed on Club level, 4th floor. We have reasonably good Spanish skills, which helps a lot in communication and relationships. Most staff, however, have enough English skills to answer basic questions.

"Wonderful hotel in great central location."
Hotel was in a great location. Central by foot or short cab ride to a number of places. The staff was amazingly attentive, professional, and helpful. The room was clean, and the furnishings were very nice. The only drawback was there was a charge for wifi (but was waived for being an expedia gold member), and use of the pool and spa. i traveled with my son who was not allowed into the pool area as he was underage. Overall it was a very good experience.
