"This property is in the heart of CDMX, making everything: from visiting tourist attractions to finding great places to eat extremely convenient. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and readily available. We also loved the indoor kitchen. Unfortunately, the only discrepancy from the listing is the workout space which hasn’t been inaugurated yet. Aside from that I would 100% recommend this place especially you’re traveling with a pet."

"This is an amazing hotel. Pros: apart from the friendly staff and cleanliness, you get an amazing breakfast and free 24 hour tasty snacks. The beds are new and comfortable with mattress and pillow protectors. Cons: the acoustics is not the best. We can hear people talk from the hallway or the dining area downstairs. If people are educated there is no problem, otherwise call the reception. I would suggest the admin of the hotel to consider an extra door in the bedroom to isolate the guest from the outside sound. Other than that, we will definitely come back."
