This was our second time staying at Sunscape and we will be back. The property is very clean, the food is great, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Loved that it’s family friendly with things to do for all ages. The pool is on the smaller side but it never felt crowded and we never had trouble finding chairs.

Room was always clean and the staff was amazing I was tipping them left and right because they genuinely do such a great job of making you feel carefree 10/10 experience my first all inclusive def will not be my last food got a little repetitive for breakfast but that’s everywhere would go again

I personally loved my stay here. We were in a junior suite so that may have made the difference. It is a smaller and older resort but super clean, well maintained, and the staff was great! The food was better than other resorts but wasn’t anything to write home about. We got massages on the beach which was great & loved that it was directly on the beach. I would stay here again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight: beautiful water and natural sandbars that we absolutely loved. The hotel itself was in decent condition, though some areas could use a bit of a refresh. The overall vibe felt very family-oriented, which is great depending on what you’re looking for. We did wish the pools were a bit deeper for swimming and that there was a swim-up bar. On a positive note, the food was very good with plenty of options to choose from. It would be great if there were more nightlife offerings like a DJ or a larger, more lively space for dancing, but overall, we had a great experience.

I highly commend the pool/entertainment staff, specifically Christian, Anthony, and Pedro—who were incredibly engaging, funny, and personable. The hospitality provided by the entire team, along with the nightly entertainment, was excellent. The dining experience was also wonderful, particularly at Ventanas and At Sunset. I especially want to recognize Idelfonso, the manager at Ventanas. He took my gluten allergy very seriously from my first meal, personally handling my orders to ensure no cross-contamination occurred and offering a variety of safe, delicious options. For someone with food allergies, this provided so much comfort and allowed me to relax and enjoy! Additionally, I appreciated the cleanliness of the property. Our room was well-maintained and restocked daily, and the beach and cabanas were kept in great condition. The layout of the property is very convenient, specifically the placement of the bathrooms, foot baths, and showers near the beach.

This family-friendly resort was perfect for our trip! We enjoyed the amenities, daily resort activities, the food (surprisingly pretty good here!), and the beach. Drinks were also not bad at all. However, our only issue was our room. Our room had a slight mildew smell that was not present in our other friend’s room. Our floors were always wet as well because of the humidity inside the room. We brought this up to the staff but the issue was not resolved. Aside from this, the staff was overall nice, welcoming, and friendly. There was one bell boy that got upset with me because I told him I can bring my own bags to the room (not sure what that was all about).

We had an absolutely amazing stay—this resort truly delivered the complete experience. The beach was incredible: soft white sand, clear water, and always clean and well-maintained. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The entire resort was spotless, and you could tell the staff took great pride in keeping everything looking beautiful. The food exceeded our expectations—so many delicious options, from the buffet to the à la carte restaurants. Every meal felt fresh and high quality, and the drinks were just as impressive. There was always something to do. The shows in the evening were fun and well done, and during the day there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. It’s especially great for families—there were lots of things for kids to enjoy, which made the trip even more relaxing for us. What really made the difference was the overall atmosphere: welcoming, relaxing, and well organized. Everything just felt easy. We would absolutely come back without hesitation. It’s one of the best resort experiences we’ve had!

I loved everything the food is great too and even though I wanted to go see your nightclub.to my surprise and disappointment you had no nightclub but it was erased very fast due to the live entertainment at night which was outstanding wonderful music to dance to
