The property was amazing the staff were very kind friendly and accommodating we did have diamond club which i will say the only thing we benefited from that was the diamond pool there’s so many other hidden fees they do not tell you about our butler didn’t do much for us didn’t really check on us only if we ran into him our other party we were with had an amazing butler the food besides the breakfast buffet was not the best id give it a 4 our room was also not as clean we found hairs and some stuff on the floor other than that we loved everything else about the resort.

This was a much needed vacation! The property is beautiful and very welcoming. The pools, spa and our room was breath taking! It was very mature, relaxing with a grown and sexy vibe. I wish I could give this property 5 Stars but I have some negatives: The alcohol drinks were so watered down it was like drinking an icee from 7-11 EXTREMELY WEAK! Our suite had an air conditioner problem. Too hot to sleep at night. I had to sleep on the balcony the first night because the room was too hot and stuffy. If you open the sliding glass door, the air turned off so we kept it closed with the shades to preserve whatever coolness we could. I would describe the room as a HOT BOX. Maintenance added Freon & changed the filter. The third night it was just okay. They do have a ceiling fan that we kept on high. Don't let this discourage you. The other rooms air might have been good, but ours wasn't. The food was "okay" The pizza window was great! Elements Gourmet Buffet has a lot of food choices but overall the food was a C . Chopsticks was the worst food experience for us. The food options and taste was DISGUSTING! The restaurant, server and ambience was A . La Hacienda was CLOSED Saturday night. That was disappointing. Both jacuzzies in the Spa and outside pool jets didn't work. Basically, it was a warm kiddie pool. Staff was AMAZING! VibeSquad was great! Overall, I would return because there was more good than bad and we left relaxed and happy.
