I didn’t like how the pools were not clean so much stuff floating around in the pool. I did not like the process of getting reservations. The burger joint employee cleaned cups with no soap and put them back up to be used. Charging extra for kid activities is disgusting. It should be in the fees already. Paying to use an air pump is ridiculous they make you purchase out of the store in order to use it. Best place to eat was Sushi although it’s impossible to get into the other restaurants. Not having enough head phones for the silent party. First time at a resort for my kids but last time ever going to planet Hollywood. I will not be back.

Staff was great, I was in building 14 at first and the room smelled horrible and on the way to room it looks like it needs to be updated. We were eventually moved to building 12 where the room smelled so good as well as the elevator and the building seems newer than building 14. The staff was great our room was accidentally entered by some other guests that thought it was their room. The the staff came up right away took care of the situation. As well as the morning after they came back to explain what happened. I was so grateful for that. The greeting when we first came in was everything we was also greeted with a drink that I might say needs to be changed out to another drink guest my like. It was bitter and a very horrible taste and drink and as I watch the other guest take a sip they made the same ugly face. So please stop serving that drink and go back to the drawing board and find something that guests will be welcome to.

Único tobogán para niños descompuesto, la tina del área de niños que avienta agua no funcionaba, el primer día los elevadores no funcionaba esto fue resuelto al 3 día de nuestra llegada, staff muy amable a excepción de encargado de la venta de fotos el cual se dirige de una forma agresiva a sus clientes (si quieres bien y si no no las compres), fuera de eso los meseros y todo el personal siempre dispuestos apoyarte y tratar de que tengas la mejor de tus vacaciones.

I didn’t like the smell of the resort. Room smelled musty, and of mold, sheets were constantly wet due to condensation. Hotel did no provide a remedy. Spending 5 days in a wet and smelly room did not make for a good first experience

Overall, planet Hollywood was a beautiful resort. However, the dining reservations really made my family upset as we were forced to eat at So Cal the buffet on site every day. I was told so many different reasons as to why I wasn’t able to book a reservation and on day 3 of my trip I was told to go to guest services and spoke with Adan, he was very dismissive and even stood up while we were seated as if he had enough of our complaint. With that being said, we paid to go to an all inclusive resort to enjoy the 11 restaurants on site. This was Father’s Day weekend and my husband has never been to an all inclusive so when my brother and his family said they were going to planet Hollywood we decided to join them. I can honestly say I would never go back here again. There aren’t many waiters available to get you drinks either, you have to go to the bar and get it yourself. Now it could be that I am a Sandals snob, but the service could have been much better overall. Yea I know everywhere is understaffed, but if I’m paying 2300 for a 4 night stay, you better believe I want at least 3 star service and better attitudes. Also , I speak Spanish, so language wasn’t an issue.

I was talked into upgrade to star service for $1000 and recieved no extra help, also the room was damp and smelled like mildew, minibar was never restocked except twice, the staff even at guest services didn't help with any issues and couldnt speak english, and problems i had with baggage and transport i was told that they were expedia problems and they couldnt help me. it was an awful experience and in the future i would not go there and i will likely not use expedia again to book vacations, my fishing trip i scheduled for $1200 no one could help me contact the company to see about a refund due to weather and again i was told that was an expedia problem, i had 2 transports from airport to hotel but no transport back to airport- again i was told that was an expedia problem not theirs.

I shared my experience with the property everyday with no conclusion. I spent an hour out of my vacation everyday with customer services in order to fix my issues with is unacceptable. Staff was rude , checked into a dirty room, patio door couldn’t open , phone is room was not working, mini bar empty and everyday I spent downstairs for them to fix issues. I did not get room service until the second day , even when requested yesterday it took a total of 6 six before anyone should up . None of the supervisors were helpful. No one offer different accommodations in order for me to be uncomfortable. The service is the dining room was long and if you made reservations to a restaurant the had limited items on the menu . This was the worst vacation by far. It is very upsetting to spend so much money for mid service . I spent 3,000 not including all other fee accumulated after being there . Definitely will write about this on Social Media

1 Elevator broken week of 6/4. Has to use stairs on several times. Stuck in the elevator for 5 mins. Pools were dirty. Room balcony was cleaned and shower not cleaned properly. Overall, general cleanliness standards were low for me. Breakfast was great but dinner Buffett could be better. Decent steakhouse. Will not be returning.
