This was our first visit and it exceeded our expectations, when it comes to service. The transport (Seasons) to and from the resort was excellent and all the service we received at the resort. The food was excellent. We especially liked the taco truck and coffee shop. Our overall take of our adventure was top-notched in all areas. We definitely recommend this experience to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic experience, the staff was amazing. The grounds and rooms were clean. So much attention to detail. The beach had little to no seaweed and the food was great for an all inclusive. It was the relaxing experience I needed. This was my second time visiting and we will certainly be back.

It was an amazing stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and so nice. They made the experience even better. Our room was gorgeous and everything was very clean. The food was delicious, we only missed one restaurant and it was for lack of planning, we’ll try it next time since we are most definitely returning.

We loved it! The staff was so friendly and so nice and so accommodating. The property was very nice and very well maintained. Some of the buildings were under construction, but staff was responsive to our concerns. And it should be finished soon. The honeymoon accommodations were so nice and appreciated. The mini bar was a nice accommodation. The restaurants were great and delicious. The drinks were okay, the main rum that is used is Captain Morgan spiced rum, which if you’re not used to it, it has a weird taste, so we are always asked for Malibu. My wife got a guava excellence, which is one of their signature drinks and she enjoyed it.

Room was wonderful! Service was great. Food was okay. I pay the same as every other customer yet because I smoke they put you in the corner with only one place to smoke...they should have had some place near the beach as well. After speaking with others that smoke too they were really upset over how smokers were treated. I understand, but we all paid to stay and we shouldn't be treated like we are bad people.

Our first time but will not be our last. Everyone was so helpful and kind and truly interested in making our experience terrific. The food was AMAZING, the pools and beach were as well. The property is clean and well maintained. The number of repeat visitors we met speaks volumes for the resort. We were surprised at first about the quiet and calm but quickly realized it was going to be an amazing trip. It’s not your typical all inclusive in that there isn’t loud music and drunken people everywhere. There were interesting activities and good entertainment in the evening. Everything shuts down at 11:00 so it was a very relaxing time. A lot of honeymooners and couples celebrating their anniversary (that was the purpose of our trip). They made us feel very special!! As above….we will be back.
