Good staff, right from the lobby to the porter: Edgar at the front desk was fantastic in checking us in, explaining things to us, reserving one of the choice restaurants, and generally helping us with the arrangements for a birthday celebration. It turned out very well. Luciana, Mabel, and Yomina (?) at the restaurants made every meal experience quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and while the resort is not one of the newest, it is in very good shape: clean, safe, One suggestion though: the tour team’s positioning by the elevators and repeat pitches as we asked past was a tad heavy.

Rooms very clean - staff was nice / but when you are dealing with check in staff things kept falling through- 🙄 / food was nasty ! Nothing was good! You can only eat so much pizza , sushi , cheeseburgers in 7 days . I have stayed in all sister hotels and I can say I will NEVER STAY AGAIN ! It’s sad to say when you have people who pay for memberships can’t wait for them to expire to get out !

Once we got there, we noticed that the room was not clean. Specially, the bathroom staff there’s nothing to say about the staff. They were awesome the swimming area. The water was dirty. Cloudy the breakfast was not good. Food is not good dried and very limited food.

Our group stayed at Royal Solaris, Cancun to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The resort itself is spotless! clean rooms, beautiful pool areas, and well‑maintained facilities. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. Edgar was exceptionally amazing; his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference for our family. We needed a small private space for a birthday gathering, and not only did the team accommodate us, they provided even more than we expected. Lupita and Alan were also incredible, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our celebration special. Across our seven rooms, every member of staff we encountered was helpful, friendly, and ready to assist at any moment. Their hospitality was breathtaking and deeply appreciated. The resort gave us a beautiful experience, unforgettable memories, and a celebration that felt complete. We will definitely be visiting again.

So much pressure to join and be a “socio” but after you say no after about 30 times, the vibe COMPLETELY CHANGED! We were promised all these excursions and got only one, which we were grateful for. But they look almost 4 hrs of our time. Never again. The food was mid. Unfortunately we will never be coming back again due to at least 1 staff member being very rude to us almost everyday throughout our stay.

It all was amazing, only thing we were truly missing is a 27/7 coffee station since we’re big coffee lovers. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. I didn’t care for the staff who tried to push time shares or memberships though. Absolutely loved the swim up bar , the pool water was amazing and warm.

Everything was amazing! I will definitely give this experience 5 stars. The only small issue was with the vegetarian food. Our group had 10 people, and everyone was vegetarian. The staff made sure to provide vegetarian options at every meal, which we truly appreciated. However, the taste of some of the dishes was a bit unusual. That said, we still enjoyed the trip a lot and were happy to compromise. For future trips, it would be great if you could include more flavorful and varied vegetarian options as well. Our experience was overall good. When we checked in the Front desk the man was very rude but the woman was very helpful. The bartenders and waiters were very good and attentive. The food was not very good I expected a better selection of food taste was not good. But the staff other than the check in person was great. Not sure if I will be staying at Royal Solaris again l, I have stayed at GR Caribe and it was better.
