Loved my swim out suite! Staff was all friendly. They offered complimentary shuttle into the city for shopping. Food could be better but it wasn't horrible.

Had a really great 5 day, 4 night stay at the Riu Palace Costa Mujeres in a junior suite swim-up. The resort is set up in such a way that the noise is really centrally located away from the rooms - so yes, the pool areas are loud, activities are going on, fun is being had ... If you want to be away from that, I suggest the swim-up because you get a pool AND peace and quiet. There were a lot of kids at the resort, even though it's school time, which was interesting. Food is delicious, drinks are strong, service is TOP.

The staff were amazing and helpful! My sister and I weren’t huge fans of the food on the resort but where it lacked there it made up for with great drinks, views and activities.
