"We had SUCH an incredible time! That resort felt like you were in a jungle but with all the modern convinces! The food was awesome (we have been been to at least 10 resorts in Cancun and this was by far the best! However the part that made it really great was the people. They work SO incredibly hard and make sure you are always happy! In particular Angel (worked by the pool and kept us out of the sun, cleaned our sun glasses and made sure we always had fresh towels and good convo), Irineo (I was never without a drink in my hand from him), Pedro and Josue! We genuinely enjoyed getting to know them and getting to know a little about their life! The room was impeccably clean and well stocked! We will be back! "

"Online reviews are always interesting to read because the only people that leave reviews either absolutely loved their experience or they have a large complaint. For anyone thinking of the Finest in Playa Mujeres, I would say the following: the hotel is great for kids. It is spacious enough so it’s never crowded, plenty of things to do, and options to eat and drink. The restaurants are fine- fun variety in theory but in reality, the food is just fine. They are not flying in Tapas chefs from Spain or sushi chefs from Japan so you get pretty standard hotel food. That being said, the food at the buffet is great. And the variety is very enjoyable. The resort does not always run super smooth- many of the hot tubs were broken, some employees are more helpful than others, etc. - but in general it’s a fantastic place. It’s clean, well kept, and peaceful. The beach (at the end of December) was not over run with seaweed and on the days when the wind wasn’t blowing, the water was beautiful. Kids club was great, shows were fun, taco truck was a cool option. Top notch place. Expensive? Yes. But worth it. "

"Hi So I booked the resort privilege suite ocean view. I informed the resort that we old be there 12pm and if possible needed an early check in. That was not done. We were given a suite at 3:30pm. With a partial ocean view.disappointed honestly but the overall stay was made so comfortable by the staff and resort was so new and clean and beach was so clean an amazing that we really forgot about the check in hiccups. Alex our server in privilege restaurant was a 5 star guy who made every effort to please us. The best restaurant was the privilege one with excellent views and food breakfast lunch and dinner. A big disappointment was the French restaurant. The steakhouse and Japanese restaurant were really good too. It was our first time in Cancun and I am so glad that I chose Ocean Allure and even more glad that I chose their privilege room. "

"We had an excellent stay at the Excellence Playa Mujeres during the Christmas holidays! The food was delicious, bars everywhere, the staff, and service were phenomenal. Stayed in their junior swim up room. I love ocean front rooms, but staying in a swim up is so convenient. It feels like your own villa, about 800 square feet, which is easily accessible to everything at the resort. The sand was silky smooth, with a beautiful beach! It had just rained for 2 days, so there was some seaweed, and the water was a bit murky. However, 2 days later, the ocean water was much clearer, warm, with less seaweed. It’s definitely a 5-Star Hotel! My most favorite all-inclusive!"
