Beautiful property and amenities. Restaurants did leave you wanting more flavors but overall a great place and in a prime location. Highly recommend for couples or friend groups. I went solo and also had a great time and felt safe.

I didn't like there was no entertainment at that property on Saturday nights. I didn't like going to the neon party. The neon party is suited for a yonger crowd. I would like some better adult entertainment.

Wonderful experience . Food seemed so-so . Excellent drink options. Upgraded for a small fee at check in . Wonderful room with an awesome view. La Isla nearby for shopping within walking distance. Leave your valuables in the room safe because they don’t get returned to you should you lose them . Staff very friendly . Awesome live show the one evening that lasted only a short time but entertaining nonetheless . Overall a great place to stay . Clean and comfortable. Would like to visit again during the peak season so there are more people to socialize with . Thanks Riu !

The staff was very attentive and was very friendly, in all my years of traveling I would say this resort had the best hospitality I ever encountered. The food selection was very mid but still doable. Pepe’s food area by the pool slap though. The entertainment was always a vibe. All in all I would definitely be returning whenever I decide to visit Cancun again.

Very nice resort!! Transportation there was good..on time but coming back they didnt notify me what time was the pickup so i missed it and had to catch a $25 taxi..that was the only issue i had.the food was great..the pool area was NICE..staff was wonderful..will most definitely come back
