Check-in time is advertised as 4 pm. We waited apx 45 to 50 min because the room was not ready. There was no apology offered either. We had lunch at Restaurante Zama and the service and the food was poor. The beach front is so eroded it is mostly solid rock. We wandered if there were plans to address that.
