"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Buffet was good but not great. The restaurants were too small, although they were open late, for the amount of guests, there should’ve been more tables. Room service 24/7 was a definite plus though."

A verified traveller stayed at Bahia Principe Grand Tulum - All Inclusive
"This was our first time to Mexico and first time in an all inclusive. We had a wonderful time and didn’t have to worry about anything. The one thing we had a slight issue with was the levels of humidity in the room making everything, (clothes, bed) extremely damp. The hotel provided us with a dehumidifier which greatly helped! The only other issue we had which we understand is more of a personal one was the comfort of the bed. It was a very hard bed for us and left us very sore. This was our own preference and didn’t detract from the stay itself. Would recommend this facility to anyone! "
