Options options and more options. So many things going on. Staff go above and beyond to keep everyone entertained even when it rained. We liked bouncing between the pools when we didnt beach it. Staff was amazing.

I enjoyed the staff and convenience. We had our rooms together which was an extra credit to the personnel. More electrical outlets would help but we got by.

1) room phone does not work, ever technician came to fix it. But he does not know how. 2) every day missing towel, today no small sink towels 3) lamp on balcony is broken 4) no refill on paper tissue box. 5) coffee machine does not work: collecting hot water and not go trough even without filter 6) iron only can be room temperature heat, I can not even iron tshirt 7) hair dryer is just a decoration 8) hot water is only during 2-4, another hours lukewarm. Did not try jacuzzi, but I’m sure it will not work appropriate.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Bahía Príncipe Coba. We came for spring break and although it was very family friendly, we felt safe at the resort and the staff was fully capable of providing us with an excess of activities outside of the resort such as ATV riding, swimming in cenotes, and providing us with bar/nightclub recommendations nearby in Downtown Tulum and Playa Del Carmen. Even on the nights spent at the resort, there were some dance parties and events that made Grand Príncipe Coba a great time. Pool areas are beautiful and the bars are all-inclusive of course and easy to get drinks. Overall a fun trip and would come here again given the chance. Definitely go to the infinity pool that overlooks the beach during the day.

This was our second trip to the Bahia Principe resorts in Akumel. We stayed at the Tulum first then Coba. Our experience was 10/10 and we loved the food, staff, beach, pool and proximity to Tulum town. Would highly recommend this resort.
