"Our family of 5 really enjoyed ourselves here in March 2018. The owner arranged an air mattress so our 3 teen boys could be in the second bedroom. We all enjoyed the family pool at TAO and also utilized the Bahia Principe bracelets to go to the resort's beach and pool. We also returned there our last night for the free show and wished we had done so earlier, as there are free shows every night. The condo is beautiful and clean and quiet. "Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

"Was hoping to get a good hotel but we got a bit of trouble. Someone was waiting for us when we got there but the room was not what we expected. There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, it seemed like it was a problem in all the rooms (something to do with the pipes). Not that much water coming from the shower, don't expect warm water... Breakfast was included but as it was a Sunday the manager said they won't prepare it and gave us a sandwich. "The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20,...

"My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi.
