The hotel, the amenities and the staff were incredible 👏 . It was my second time at the Xcaret Mexico Hotel and it was an excellent experience again. Full of new adventures and surprises. They put attention in every single detail. This time I will said that I had an amazing and enjoyable time at the Bio vegan restaurant. I'm not vegan. I love "meat "but breakfast and dinner at Bio was a good experience and Sergio made more memorable with his knowledge. I definitely recommend this Resort.

From the moment you arrive you have to make long waits for anything. For the price you pay, the service is poor and the quality of the food in the various restaurants is even worse. The only advantage of this structure is that with the stay they include the entrance to the parks (they have devastated the forest to make as a "Disney world" in nature), but you can find better accommodations at more advantageous prices in the area and buy tickets aside for excursions to the parks.

We have been to Mexico all inclusives several times and have never experienced a place quite like Xcaret Mexico. The setting is stunning-making you feel like you are in the middle of a beautiful jungle. The property is huge and you can always find chairs by the pool, in a cave by the sand, etc. Although family friendly, it didnt seem over-run by kids, so you may be disappointed if your family is looking to find new friends during your vacation. NOTE: There is not really a true beach by the water with waves where you can swim. There are plenty of sandy areas with water to get that beach feel, but not with the expanse of the sea visible. We dont love to swim at the beach so it was fine for us but something to keep in mind if you really like doing the water sports and playing beach volleyball, etc. at the resort while on vacation. We went to Xcaret, Xplore Fuego, Xel-Ha and Xsenses while we were there. We could have skipped Xsenses and spent more time at Xel-Ha, but all were unique and interesting. Xcaret park was the most crowded.

The resort exceeded my expectations. The food, the rooms, the service and all the amenities were beyond amazing BUT the hotel does not beach walk up beach access. This was a huge negative for us. We would still definitely go back to this resort but alternate every other year between this hotel and walk up beach access hotels.

The best vacation Ever! Excellent service, beautiful hotel, great food, lots to do. Went to 5 parks in 7 days. We were impressed every single day. I had an amazing time. My son will never forget this vacation. I will definitely return. Pro tip: make reservations and let them take care of the rest!
