This is a great all-inclusive hotel. Has a wide variety of foods and food is great and clean. A tip: Make sure you make reservation for the restaurants right after you check in. Hotel is about 1:30 mins from CUN airport so be ready for a drive. Staff is friendly but a bit slow bringing drinks, there were a few times I had to go get the drinks myself. It is a great new modern hilton hotel with lots of pools and huge kids' pool. They also offer free daycare for kids which is safe and they are well taken care off. Beach is a rocky beach, so if you are a beach person, be ready for a big disappointment as this is not a natural beach rather a man-made beach on top of coral rock so make sure to take water shoes. overall a great hotel I would go back to.

The kids club is amazing, my boys (10 and 12 years old) had a great! The staff is super friendly, the food is amazing and the restaurants are great! We had a wonderful time during our stay and we will visit again very soon!

The hotel was beautifully decorated and in great condition overall. The process to make reservations for dinner was not the best as our online app was not working and concierge was very difficult to contact over the phone. The food at the steakhouse restaurant was terrible. The other restaurants were pretty good. The beach access is only available close to the main building and by the last building, leaving a huge span without access.

Nice, clean safe environment. A lot of restaurants to choose from. Spacious rooms, multiple pools, onsite excursion bookings, transportation available if needed, Friendly staff. Not in walking distance of anything if you want to explore what Tulum has to offer. Overall we had a great time

- Service - excellent attitude, however long periods of no staff in open areas such as te pools and the beach. - F&B excellent, timing in some restaurants a little longer than expected, however staff communicated this to guests - Property - brand new and interesting architecture.

Beautiful grounds & view. Floors always slippery/wet & when it rained, poor drainage. Nicely sized room but prefer enclosed bathroom and need more options to hang towels for drying.
