"We really enjoyed our stay at casa Yolanda! The location is different from what vrbo says, it is not an 8 minute walk from the beach, it’s about a ten minute drive. You will need a car to stay here ( recommend Manuel rent a car in Cancun). Billy welcomed us at the property and showed us around. He even hooked us up with bikes to ride around while we were there. "Perfect for what we were looking for! Private, pool to ourselves, cook when/if we wanted. Separate building for kitchen/living so not to disturb sleepy head! If you want to get around more, need a car, but for our time there, with grocery delivery, we didn’t need. Not our first trip to Mexico, so a quiet retreat was perfect for us! "This is overall a really cool and peaceful place! It felt unique and fun and we in general had a great time. Sitting outside and reading in the jungly courtyard was a joy. The biggest issue was that both of the domes we saw had pretty significant mold on the inside, on the structural tarp and on some of the surfaces like the fan. "The house is exactly what we needed, everything was there and worked correctly. Very quick access to cinotes, and Chemuyil which had fantastic food. Every night at 8 o’clock A gentleman came by selling sweet bread that was freshly baked having breakfast in the backyard every morning was fabulous. Transit was extremely simple, so we’ve got to see any of the beaches in the ruins at Tulum within 20 minutes. We felt extremely safe and the locals were very hospitable. "The house was excellent. It is everything advertised and more. Best location in the community, jungle on two sides,tropical birds everywhere.Very quiet with good outdoor seating and a grill. Park right in front if you have a car. Good neighbors,so scenic that bicycle tours come to the area. Helene is a great host and responds in very quickly to answer any questions you may have. Definitely coming back !!!"

"Cette casa n’a pas la télé ni de radio mais elle a le wi fi. Propre et confortable Malia les coussins du divan auraient besoin de rafraîchissement et les coussins d’être nettoyés. Les persiennes en verre des fenêtres laissent pénétrer le bruit de l’autoroute. Les lits sont confortables . Il y a y tout ce dont on a besoin dans la cuisine ( vaisselle chaudron poêle ustensiles etc) la douche avait une très bonne pression d’eau et il y avait assez d’eau chaude . La véranda a l’avant est un atout...

"Our family of four (kids age 15 & 12) shared a cabana with two double beds. We had plenty of room and absolutely loved the hotel. We stayed in cabana 12, one of several located right in front of the pool. Breakfast is continental (toast with butter and jam, fruit and yogurt bowl with sprinkle of granola). The staff helped with anything we needed (where to buy ice, closest bakery, etc). The location is amazing too—right in the heart of a small community bustling with life. The cabanas are set off the road and make you feel like you’re in a jungle oasis. We highly recommend!!"
