"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. "This trip was great for a group of us wanting to stay in the same place. It provided us plenty of space to cook meals, rest, and play in our own private pool. It is part of a larger resort with access to several larger pools, activities, food, drinks, and beach. It is a full house with fridge, kitchen, grill, and dining room table.
